Shipping
At this time we ship packages to every city in Colombia and other countries, but the costs of delivery and/or taxes will be covered by the buyer and are not included in the price of the shoes.
If you are in Colombia your shipping is free if you buy 3 or more pairs of shoes.

Standard Delivery
Orders will typically arrive in 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card, check or transfer authorization and verification. If is a money transfer outside Antioquia add the national transfer fee. Standard delivery is available for shipping to every city in Colombia.

Return Policy
If you should need to return or exchange an item, you can do so emailing us at info[at]zypydyp.com within 14 days to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions. We recommend sending your items insured. Items must be unused, in A+ shape, in their original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.
